I had all these grand blog posts ideas in my head for this week, a mini ag series, National FFA week, heck in 9 days I’m turning another year older… and that alone is traumatizing enough for a blog post.

But let’s get real, I just finished putting a large portion of my sanity into a 140-page newspaper. I’m tired, my brain is mush and I’d kind of just like to hide under my desk right now instead of working on next week’s paper.

But I’m pressing onward….

However, today there won’t be life lessons, agriculture inside scoop or How-to’s. Today, let’s just smile and be thankful for another day in this beautiful life. Yeah, that’s right, I’m talking straight up butterflies and unicorn poop.

So today instead of my (not so) profound thoughts, here’s what makes me giggle.

Oh… and I will get around to writing about FFA week… sometime this week, I hope.
